At KB HORSES, safety is our number one priority. Our experienced and certified instructors guide students through every step of their horseback riding experience, ensuring that they learn proper techniques and develop confidence in the saddle. From beginners to advanced riders, our program caters to all skill levels, fostering a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Meet our Academy Director
Liz Patnode
Our instructors, all graduates of our Horsemanship 101 class, are supervised by Liz Patnode, our Academy Director, who brings decades of experience in training horses and riders across various disciplines. With a Master’s in Education, Liz ensures that each lesson is enjoyable and educational, fostering a love for horses and a passion for learning.

Classes are available for 5 - 7 year olds and 8 - 13 year olds.

We are happy to place family and friends in the same class.

Heights & weights are needed to ensure your child is properly fitted to a custom saddle.

Students will have a horse, saddle, and helmet to use throughout the course.
